SHIPPING INFORMATION

Corning Chinese Physician Therapy Centre process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 2-3 days (CityLink) or 5-7 days (Registered Post) after it is sent.


Corning Chinese Physician Therapy Centre aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.


Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.


If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.


In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service at admin@corningtcm.com.

RETURNS POLICY

There are strictly no returns.


Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected only.


If the returns tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.


If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value (taking into account discounts given, if any).


You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.


All returns request after >5 days of parcel delivery will not be approved.


All returns will be charged RM 10.00 handling fees

返回政策

严格来说，没有退货。

用折扣券购买的物品，恕不退换。

如果寄给您的物品是不正确或有缺陷的，您可以进行兑换。

如果退货标签仍然是附加的，项目是在一个未清洗，未更改和未磨损的情况下，请注意，所有退货在收到后都经过检查。物品必须没有磨损，清洗，修改，必须有所有原始标签，并在原始包装。

如果商品不合适，您可以随时给我们发电子邮件，根据我们的库存情况将商品换成其他尺寸。如果我们没有库存的首选尺寸，我们将为您提供商品价值的商店积分(考虑折扣，如果有的话)。

在货物到达我们的仓库之前，您负责所有货物的运送，并同意承担退货给我们的相关费用。请确保包装完好，以防损坏。我们强烈建议您使用可靠的快递服务和包裹跟踪服务。

所有退货请求在超过5天的包裹交付将不被批准。
